Returns/Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.
Because of the hygienic nature of the product to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened/unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Only products purchased from www.cleerskin.com will be eligible for return/refund/exchange.
If product is open and found to be damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit in the form of an e-giftcard to be redeemed online at www.cleerskin.com. Product must be received for inspection to determine condition and exchange eligibility.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@cleerskin.com or us the form on our Contact Us page to get in touch. Be sure to provide your order number, contact information and reason for your return request in the message box.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you your prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The following fees apply for return shipping label based on shipper location:
Returns in the United States : non-refundable shipping label/restocking fee of $6 USD
Returns in Canada : non-refundable shipping label/restocking fee of $16 USD
Returns outside of the US and Canada : customer incurs all applicable return fees & shipping costs including customs and duties

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit in the form of an e-gift card to be redeemed online at www.cleerskin.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal/intimate care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the supplied store credit/e-gift card.
Missing Item Policy
CLEER SKIN is committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience to all of our customers. If you have received an order that is missing any items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
To report a missing item, please follow these steps:

Provide us with your order number and the missing item's name and quantity.

If the missing item was part of a set or bundle, please let us know.
We will do our best to rectify the situation and get the missing item(s) to you as quickly as possible. If the missing item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement item of equal or lesser value.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refund
We are committed to providing our customers with a fair and efficient returns process. If you have requested a refund and have not yet received it, please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed.
If your refund has not been received after 15 business days, please follow these steps:

If your refund was sent by a method other than the original payment method, it may take additional time to process. We will do our best to resolve the issue and get the refund to you as soon as possible.
