Such a great experience overall.

The installation was simple and straight forward. The only hiccup was that the filter didn’t fit my sink properly. Before I even had a chance to reach out, the company emailed me to check if everything was working out with my purchase. I explained to the issue and sent a picture of my sink and they responded immediately. They let me know they would send a new kit of screws that would fit my sink and they followed through as promised. I’m impressed with their customer service and how genuinely helpful they were. The filter is working fine!!!!
